Limited release of the Trophy Truck next week
This is a brief update on some Wasteland developments and upcoming events. Next month, we will be releasing the Trophy Truck — the third vehicle in the mid-grade lineup. Some optimizations for the game engine and client will also be included in the release. In addition to that, we have significantly improved the Gas Alert bot and the account section of the website. However, some things, like crafting, are delayed due to the urgent performance fixes.
The gameplay trailer, ephemeral nodes and “The Playground”
Get your popcorn ready, or whatever you’re into, warriors! The long-awaited alpha gameplay trailer is premiering December 12, 2024 along with an AMA, giveaways and more! In addition to that, we just launched a new test server, “The Playground,” in which anyone can test all vehicle types. The ephemeral nodes, liquidity program and garage sale are all queuing up and will be gradually released this winter as planned.
The Ephemeral Node release is live! Important changes
For the past few months, our team has been heads down, revamping the entire codebase and making sure we implement the necessary changes to allow War Riders to scale. One of the most important problems we were trying to solve is making the game more enjoyable for the solo players and achieving the necessary scalability to continue our path forward. Today, we are excited to launch “The Ephemeral Node” release, marking an important milestone in our post-apocalyptic journey.
